Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing to join our Marketing & Sales Unit. This role will primarily focus on supporting event planning and execution, managing CRM systems, and assisting in the creation and implementation of various marketing campaigns. Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for open source, enjoys organizing and participating in events, and is able to plan and execute diverse actions and activities to consolidate our market positioning.
What you will do
- Monitor and report industry trends and competitor activities.
- Document and share lead/customer opportunities with the Sales Unit.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute successful events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Assist in the setup and coordination of event logistics, such as booth design, collateral materials, technical requirements, and shipping
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social media campaigns, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation.
- Support the creation and publishing of engaging content on various social media platforms and in different formats.
- Help in the management of marketing materials inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
What you will bring
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or similar.
- Experience in the technology sector, ideally around cloud computing.
- Experience or familiarity with the concept of open source.
- A minimum of two years of experience in field marketing and corporate events
- Knowledge of HubSpot or any similar CRM tool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, and experience managing website content.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and experience with running digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Based in Madrid (Spain), but willing to travel to national and international events, conferences and or exhibitions.
